“Be Bigger” is an anthem for self worth. I made it for all of us who society has systematically diminished. All of us who’ve been shamed for being too loud, taking up too much space, celebrating successes and standing up for our bodies.
lyrics
I've always been shamed in the celebration
like it's not my place to win
don't smile too much at the congregation
all my successes are sin
I wanna be bigger
look at the space I deserve
look at the body I deserve
look at the space I deserve
look at the body I deserve
and it deserves me
all these motions feel like faking
like this skin will hold me tight
is it an embrace or a suffocation
is it a rally or a fight

This is her best record since Actor. It is great to hear a more stripped-down record where her incredible guitar playing is front and center. jpowell736
Singer/songwriter from Los Angeles, Chelsea Wolfe’s plaintive voice is the centerpiece of all of these chillingly bleak tunes. Watery, sliding orchestration suits the misty and dark environment that she evokes throughout. Unflinchingly stark, the recording suitably ends with a storm. Nickie Harte Kelly
